Edward is a founding member of KBACE. He is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and ensuring a company-wide focus on quality, integrity, and professionalism.  Known as the visionary of the company, Mr. Lazzari is always looking years ahead to see how technology can and should be used to best serve KBACE customers. Mr. Lazzari was the Director of IT for the first Oracle Payroll implementation in North America, and has been deeply rooted in technology for over 40 years.

Mike is a founding member of KBACE. He is responsible for all aspects of operations, and for interacting with clients, employees, and other stakeholders. Mr. Peterson is KBACE’s primary policy maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture. For over 25 years, Mr. Peterson has been involved with Oracle technologies including 10 years at Oracle Corporation.  He is a proven leader with deep expertise in developing strong client relationships, a passion for building outstanding client teams and a disciplined focus on operations and execution.

Darla is a founding member of KBACE. She is responsible for Corporate Controllership, Tax, Finance Operations, Compliance, Corporate Development and Strategic Planning & Analysis functions. Ms. Cauley is committed to maximizing long-term company value by ensuring a balanced portfolio of growth initiatives.  She provided functional leadership on the first Oracle Payroll system implemented in North America and is engaged with KBACE customers as a highly experienced functional and business process advisor for the HCM and ERP suite of Applications.
